HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
1. Fill In Customer Information On Order Form
Refers to the Principle Contact Person, or Individual Authorizing the Report Purchase (if Different), and Financial Institution.
2. Select One Annual Report Format Level:
Basic
Intermediate
Deluxe
Custom
Each level comes with a set of standard items. You may select alternate options in each of the report levels. Selecting alternate options may affect your total price.

4. Send Us Last Year's Report
If available, please send us a copy of your bank's last annual report.

5. Once Your Order Has Been Processed, You Will Receive An Order Confirmation By Phone And Email.
Your order confirmation will include:
- An itemized invoice of your order including pricing details and total.
- Your required deposit amount, 20% of your total purchase price. FMS must receive the deposit amount prior to report production.
- Any further procedural instructions.
Your invoice will be sent to you as an email attachment via the Internet and as a hard copy through the US Postal Service.
Once FMS receives your payment by check, we will email your login and password to you. Using your login and password, you may enter our secure login area. It is there that your bank's annual report production will take place.

Edit Account Info
From here you may add, delete, or edit users and their information. These are the principle people whom you will designate to be involved in your annual report's production. They will receive their own passwords, and can login separately or simultaneously with other users. You may also change passwords from here.
File Management
This page contains folders such as, "Financial Information", "History", "Mission", etc. From here you may upload your year-end data into the corresponding folders. The information should be in the form of word.doc files, documents created in Microsoft Word. FMS will construct your annual report from the documents you place in these folders
How To Upload A File
Click once on the folder you want to upload your data into. For Example - "History"
Click on the "upload" button in the top tool bar. A separate window will open, asking you to select the files that you would like to upload from your computer to our secure Internet folders where the info will be held for use in producing your report.
Select your files by clicking the browse button, this opens a window where you may choose the file on your computer you wish to upload. Select the file by clicking on it, then click "open". Once you have selected one or more files, click "upload".
Proof Your Files
Once FMS has received all of your annual report files, we retrieve them from the file management area and assemble them into report form. We convert the report to .pdf files, enabling you to view the completed document, with graphics and text, on your computer screen. You may also print the document.
Members of your financial report team, with their own passwords, can simultaneously view and proof the annual report. Read your proof carefully! If there are corrections, go to the end of the document and click in the area Make Corrections, then enter corrections in the edit box specifying the page, paragraph, and sentence, and/or graphics where corrections should occur. If there are no corrections, click in the box marked OK as is.
In the final phase of proofing, digital images of the Blue-line, or final proof, ready for printing, will be posted for everyone's approval. Once final approval is given by clicking in the OK as is box, your proofed and completed annual report is ready to print.
FMS must receive your balance due before we ship your finished report to you or your transfer company.
